You have received an email from  » Euroneuro e-Congress  » giving you access to the SwapCard platform of the ONLINE Congress (do not forget to check your SPAMS): Log in by clicking on the green button: ACCESS THE Euroneuro e-Congress (create your password and edit your profile). Feel free to download the application for free on your smartphone or tablet.

Are you encountering a connection problem?

• You do not receive the email confirming your access to the e-congress platform?
  – Go directly to https://www.swapcard.com/fr/ and click on « Attendees » at the top right of the home page.
  – Enter your email address (entered during registration) which will generate a new confirmation email.
  – Check your email inbox (don’t forget to check your SPAMS).
  – You don’t receive the confirmation email? Your firewall must be restrictive so go directly to point 3.

• Is your default Browser incompatible?
  – Go to your email: Right Click on ACCESS THE Euroneuro e-Congress and Copy the hypertext link.
  – Open the browser CHROME or MOZILLA and Paste the hypertext link on your internet address.
  – This way you force the use of the right browser.
  – Web browser: We strongly recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome and/or Mozilla Firefox. The e-congress platform does not work on Internet Explorer or Safari.

• The firewall of your hospital prevent the access?
  – Send us another email address (Gmail, Yahoo, Orange, ect…) to:
  – Subject: My new email address for SwapCard / your firt name, last name and old email address
  – We will send you a new email to access the e-congress platform.
