♦ Is EURONEURO 2020 postponed or cancelled?

→ EURONEURO 2020 is postponed and digitalized to April 14th, 15th and 16th, 2021.

♦ Due to postponement, are EURONEURO 2020 registration fees increased?

→ The registration fees remain the same although the organisation costs increase due to suppliers cancellation policy.

♦ Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?

→ EURONEURO 2020 postponement and digitalization are due to a case of force majeure. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded for your registration fees except in case of a special decision of the Committee next June 2021.

♦ How can I get the reduction of 100€ if I am the first author of an accepted abstract?

→ If you have already paid your registration fees by bank transfer, please send us an email with your bank references (, we will refund you 100€.

→ If you have already paid your registration fees by credit card, you will get a refund on your credit card of 100 €.

Refunds will be made depending on the date you have sent your abstract presentation.

→ If you have not yet registered, please use the hypertext link which was sent to you by e-mail [abstracts results]. The registration page with the 100€ discount will open automatically.

♦ I cancelled my registration to EURONEURO 2020 before it was postponed and I have already been refunded. Can I register again?

→ If you have already been reimbursed, we can reactivate your registration and send you a new invoice. You can notify us at and we will process your request. If you can attend only one or two days,  unfortunately, you can’t change your registration into a one-day or a two-days attendance.

I have made travel and accommodation arrangements to attend EURONEURO 2020 in April. What should I do?

→ If not done so yet, please re-book or cancel your flights and hotel bookings for April before the date of departure (subject to the terms and conditions of your airlines and hotels). 

When re-booking or cancelling, you should mention the following sentence:

“ EURONEURO 2020 was postponed due to a decision of the French government to ban all indoor events of more than 100 people. The doctrine of frustration of the contract applies (main purpose of travel is no longer valid) and therefore I kindly ask for cost-free re-booking”.
Several airlines offer flight changes free of charge.

Will EURONEURO 2020 extend the deadline for the submission of abstracts in light of the WCB new dates?

→ No, abstract submission was closed on 22 January 2020. Although EURONEURO 2020 is postponed, the program will not undergo any changes. Presentation of accepted abstracts will be postponed to the new dates.
